Lindsay Lohan passing jail time writing and eating
Lindsay Lohan is passing her time behind bars writing, "creating art" and eating sweet snacks, according to her lawyer.
The actress is currently incarcerated at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, where she is serving part of a 90-day jail sentence for violating her probation relating to a 2007 DUI arrest.
And even though she is expected to be released as early as Sunday, Lohan isn't idly wasting her time - her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley reveals the actress is being creative behind bars.
Holley says, "She's good. She's eating some Twizzlers. She looks gorgeous. She's writing a lot. She's creating art. She's a beautiful, talented, creative woman, and she's going to come out and surprise you all!
Miranda Kerr pregnant with Orlando Bloom's baby?
Newlywed couple Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are expecting their first child together, according to new tabloid reports.
The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star, 33, exchanged vows with the underwear model in a top-secret ceremony last week, less than a month after announcing their engagement.
But the stars had another reason to rush to the altar -- Kerr is allegedly pregnant with her new husband's baby, reports Us Weekly and In Touch Weekly magazines
A source tells Us Weekly, "She's definitely pregnant. ... Miranda's thrilled.
"She's telling all her friends, mostly other models, about it."
The Australian Victoria's Secret beauty, 27, has previously expressed her desire to start a family with her actor beau.
She recently said, "I have always been very open about wanting to be a mother one day. And I've always thought Orlando would be a great dad!"
Representatives for the stars had yet to respond to requests for a comment as WENN went to press.
Zac Efron denies spending $2,000 at strip club
Hollywood heartthrob Zac Efron has laughed off reports he splashed out $2,000 during a recent night out at a New York strip club.
The 22-year-old hit the headlines after a late night out at the Flashdancers Gentlemen's Club on Broadway with his former "High School Musical" co-star Corbin Bleu on Sunday.
Reports suggested that by the time the pair left in the early hours of Monday morning, Efron had spent thousands on the dancers.
But the actor has brushed off the claims, insisting he hardly spent anything at the raunchy club.
He explains, "I'm not really the type of guy that does that type of thing often. ... No, not at all. It was like $6. I don't remember. I don't think I opened my wallet. It was more of a celebratory thing."
Lady Gaga to work on Amy Winehouse comeback record?
Lady Gaga is giving Amy Winehouse a helping hand as she prepares for her career comeback -- the pop sensation is set to collaborate with the British soul star, according to a new report.
Winehouse is working on the long awaited follow-up to her Grammy-winning 2006 disc "Back to Black" after spending much of the past four years battling drinking and drug demons.
She recently confirmed plans to release her third album by January, and Gaga will be making a guest appearance to ensure the project is a success, reports the National Enquirer.
An insider tells the tabloid, "It's been agreed that Gaga will go to London in September just before her European tour to help Winehouse with the new album, her first release since 2006.
"Lady Gaga sees Amy as a kindred spirit -- the British bad girl and the American bad girl!"
Chris Klein extends rehab stay
Actor Chris Klein has extended his stay in rehab as he battles alcohol addiction in the wake of his recent DUI arrest.
The "American Pie" star was driving through Los Angeles last month when police pulled him over.
He was arrested after failing a sobriety test and was later charged with two misdemeanors, which could land him a stint in jail.
Klein checked into the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah, which previously housed Lindsay Lohan, to seek professional help for his problems. He signed up for a 30-day program and his rep, Jaime Primak, has now confirmed he will be staying a while longer.
Primak tells People.com, "Chris, along with his support team, has decided to extend his treatment. He is doing fantastic and is optimistic about his future. He thanks everyone for their continued support."
Carrie Underwood lonely again after wedding
Carrie Underwood has been separated from her new husband Mike Fisher just weeks after their wedding -- she's been left home alone after the ice hockey player returned to work in Canada.
The happy couple exchanged vows in front of 250 close friends and family at a lavish ceremony in Georgia on July 10.
The newlyweds enjoyed a honeymoon in Tahiti before Underwood got back to business, playing her first show as a married woman in Nashville on Tuesday.
And she's revealed her husband is now hundreds of miles away in Toronto, Canada and she's spending her first few weeks of married life solo.
In a post on her official fansite, she writes, "Married life is pretty much like dating life. My husband is back in Canada ... story of my life!"
Larry Birkhead to testify about Anna Nicole Smith's drug use?
Anna Nicole Smith's ex-lover Larry Birkhead is to take the stand to tell a court he knew the model was addicted to drugs for years before her demise in 2007, according to a new report.
Birkhead is helping lawyers for the State of California in their case against the former Playboy beauty's doctors, who are accused of illegally supplying her with prescription pills before her death from an accidental overdose in February 2007.
According to legal documents filed by prosecutors, Birkhead has "personal knowledge of Anna Nicole Smith's drug activities, gleaned from years of personal observation".
They add that Birkhead is convinced Smith was an "addict" because he "personally observed her using controlled substances in an uncontrolled way over a long period of time".
But prosecutors are facing a challenge from attorneys defending the doctors, who claim Birkhead isn't "qualified" to determine whether Smith met the legal criteria of a drug addict, reports TMZ.com.
Birkhead is the father of Smith's 3-year-old daughter, Dannielynn.
John Hamm: 'I don't have the marriage chip'

"Mad Men" heartthrob Jon Hamm is adamant he will never wed his girlfriend of 13 years Jennifer Westfeldt because he just doesn't "have the marriage chip."
The 39-year-old actor has been dating the "Kissing Jessica Stein" star since 1997, and although he calls her the "love of his life" he has no plans to exchange vows with the actress.
Hamm, whose divorced parents both died before he reached the age of 20, admits his troubled family life has played some part in his decision not to marry, but he's also convinced he's just not the 'marrying kind'.
He tells Parade magazine, "Losing both parents at a young age gave me a sense that you can't really control life -- so you'd better live it while it's here. I stopped believing in a storybook existence a long time ago. All you can do is push in a direction and see what comes of it.
"I don't have the marriage chip, and neither of us have the greatest examples of marriages in our families. But Jen is the love of my life. We've been together four times longer than my parents were married (13 years)."
And Hamm reveals the couple isn't planning to start a family either, adding, "I like kids, but I also like the option to close the door. Becoming a parent is a whole other life, and it doesn't stop."
Paris Hilton denies she's paid to party with billionaire
A representative for Paris Hilton has denied the socialite has been paid $1 million to party with a Malaysian billionaire, insisting they are "friends".
The hotel heiress has hit headlines in recent weeks as she soaks up the sun in St. Tropez, France, with Jho Low and a group of pals.
Hilton has been seen swigging from bottles of champagne and partying on a yacht with the tycoon as she spends her summer relaxing in Europe, sparking speculation she's receiving a hefty pay check to liven up Jho Low's holiday.
But a rep for the star is adamant the stories are not true, telling New York Post gossip column Page Six, "They are friends. Jho has invited Paris and her sister, Nicky, out to St. Tropez as friends. He has not paid her in any way, although he is extremely generous.
Katie Holmes' rep denies pregnancy reports -- again
Katie Holmes' publicist has once again shot down reports the actress is expecting her second child with Tom Cruise.
A spokesperson for the "Dawson's Creek" star was forced to dismiss pregnancy rumors earlier this year after Holmes was spotted leaving a doctor's office with what appeared to be a bloated stomach.
And the rep has spoken out again following recent tabloid reports, which suggested the star was expecting a little brother or sister for the couple's 4-year-old daughter Suri after she was seen patting her stomach on the set of her new TV miniseries "The Kennedys."
The publicist tells GossipCop.com, "Unbelievable. (She is) not pregnant."
Matt Bellamy & Kate Hudson 'hunting for New York home'
Matt Bellamy and Kate Hudson are looking to buy a New York apartment together, according to reports.
Muse front man Bellamy recently confirmed he is dating the Hollywood blond and admitted the romance is getting serious, discussing his "nerves" ahead of a meeting with the actress' mother Goldie Hawn earlier this month.
And the pair seems eager to take the relationship to the next level -- they are house hunting in the Big Apple, reports Britain's The Sun.
A source tells the publication, "They're very loved-up, they just click. Kate's had a place in the city for five years but she wants somewhere bigger, so Matt's suggested pooling their resources.
"Kate wants a studio for Matt and playroom for her son, Ryder."
Ryder is Hudson's 6-year-old son with her ex-husband, rocker Chris Robinson.
